etrigan's been a favorite of mine for ages. still have my limited series semi-origin storyline set by matt wagner in storage...
if you think the storyline from the tv series is good, you need to read the wagner story , and wagner's old 'grendel' series will definitely appeal. hunter rose and jason blood are both very cool customers ; but their alter egos are fantastic [ and different] as well!
